Lauren Pufpaf
Heart-Led. Data-Fed. Future-Focused.
Defining the opportunity. Building the company.
Lauren Pufpaf is a technology executive, company operator, and category builder with more than 20 years of experience helping businesses define emerging markets and build the organizations required to lead them.
Her particular strength is connecting the external and internal sides of company building. She helps companies clarify the opportunity they are pursuing, shape a compelling market narrative, and translate that strategy into the priorities, teams, operating rhythms, and accountability required to execute.
About
Lauren currently serves as President and COO of Feed Media Group, where she leads company strategy, executive team performance, organizational development, annual planning, go-to-market strategy, and key corporate initiatives.
Over the past decade, she has helped scale the business while building the systems, leadership practices, and operating discipline needed to support growth and long-term strategic value.
She began her career in performance marketing and analytics, developing an early foundation in customer behavior, data-informed decision-making, and measurable growth. She went on to hold leadership roles at Current TV, Blurb, and StyleSeat before joining Feed Media Group.
Across each chapter, Lauren has worked with companies helping establish or reshape a category: participatory media at Current TV, modern self-publishing at Blurb, online marketplaces for independent beauty professionals at StyleSeat, and music infrastructure for digital products at Feed Media Group.
The common thread in her career is an ability to see both the big idea and the practical path required to make it real.
Leadership
Lauren operates comfortably across strategy, product, go-to-market, culture, and organizational design.
She is especially effective when a company has a meaningful opportunity but needs greater clarity, alignment, or operating discipline to capture it. She brings cross-functional teams together around a focused set of priorities and creates the structure that allows people to move with greater speed and confidence.
Her leadership style combines analytical rigor with empathy, direct communication with curiosity, and high standards with a strong investment in people.
She believes the best operating systems should not create bureaucracy. They should give teams clarity, improve decision-making, and make ambitious work easier to execute.
Perspective
Throughout her career, Lauren has been drawn to complex businesses operating at moments of growth and change.
Her work centers on defining what a company can become and building the strategy, organization, and momentum to help it get there.
Connect
Lauren enjoys connecting with founders, executives, investors, and operators working at the intersection of technology, company building, and strategic growth.
